The role:
We are currently recruiting for a holiday cover operative. The role involves working across multiple divisions which include Gutter & Drain Clearances, Kitchen Extraction TR-19 system cleaners, Garden & Grounds Maintenance, Void Clearances & Cleaning. This role requires flexibility as some of the divisions work on a 7 on 7 off shift pattern. When covering the 7/7 shift patterns, you would have the following week off work. Some divisions work Mon-Fri. The role is essentially covering the divisions that require cover due to holidays/sickness etc. The job is nationwide therefore the successful candidates will be required to travel nationwide and be away from home Monday to Sunday, working 7 on 7 off. If successful you will take part in a comprehensive training program which gives you a BESA accredited certificate in Kitchen Extract Hygiene as well as PASMA and CSCS training.
Requirements:
- Hold a UK Drivers licence for more than 24 months
- Ability to work away from home
- Must be 25 years or over
- Sometimes the needs of the business requires overtime and flexibility to support our client base and this would be required by any successful candidate
- Good attitude toward their work
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team environment
