Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and experienced Head Commercial Cleaner to join Opsure and help me start a new business. I have a fully diary of cleaning booked and i need a proactive person whos going to work hard, manage the ordering of consumables and manage workload. We will build a cleaning team by maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various commercial premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations and full time cleaning themselves to kick off, ensuring all areas are hygienic, organised, and presentable, and to kick the company off I need this to be a fully hands on role. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in commercial cleaning and janitorial services to take on a leadership position within a reputable organisation. The business is ready, the work is booked and I need to find a good fit that will grow this business with myself.
The individual will have all supplies provided but needs a vehicle that they can travel locally to different sites (within a 20 mile radius)
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning activities of the team to ensure efficient operations. And conduct the cleaning themselves to help establish the business.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises to verify cleanliness standards are met.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules tailored to client requirements.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Maintain detailed records of work completed, staff attendance, and any issues encountered.
- Liaise with clients to address specific cleaning needs or concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times during operations.

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Pay: £21,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
