We're looking for a part time chef to join our small but mighty team.
Chef Role:
- Working alongside the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
- Prep, back line & pass experience required.
- Ensure food is delivered to a consistently high standard.
- Ensure procedures are followed for kitchens hygiene, health and safety protocols by maintaining our 5 star EHO rating
Candidate Specifications:
- Must have experience in high quality restaurants and gastropubs
- Be professional and forward thinking at all times
- Willingness to develop managerial skills
Approximately 20 hours per week initially - will include evenings and weekends. More to cover any holidays.
Who we are...
We've recently taken over The Milestone, a team of 2 in the kitchen but as we're getting busier we need a third pair of hands. Primarily small plates, we also have a roitisserie oven. Everything is made in house (where possible), weekly specials and monthly month changes keeping things fresh.
Pay: £12.71-£14.50 per hour
