3usiness Administrator- 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm )
Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support to the business Leadership team
-Management of Payment systems, ECM and invoicing preparation
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for important compliance requirements
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle phone calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain a well run office, clear desk policy, keep stationary upto date, PPE and ordering of uniforms
-Take minutes from meetings and type up for accurate record keeping
- Assist with document preparation, including HR & Training Files, DBS applications and references, Driving licence checks etc.
- Organize and maintain accurate , physical and digital files
- Assist with recruitment and booking interviews.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role (Care environment preferred)
- Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, excel and other systems for ECM/Payments
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Being the professional face of the business, have a warm and friendly manner and be able to work well under pressure
This position offers a competitive salary based on experience. Full-time hours are available 37.5 hour contract
