Receptionist/Administrator

37 hours a week, term time only (39 weeks)

A great opportunity for a highly organised and proficient administrator to join Nethergate Academy.
We are looking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our administration team on Reception. You will:
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to deal with all people/situations at all levels, building good relationships with parents, pupils and other stakeholders
Have experience of managing sensitive and confidential information, an awareness of safeguarding and GDPR
Be able to multitask and prioritise workloads, responding to changing priorities, remaining calm under pressure
Have excellent administration skills and proven experience using databases and Microsoft applications
Enjoy being part of a small team in a school environment and have a great sense of humour!
Experience and knowledge of an education environment and the use of Arbor or other pupil management systems, is desirable.

Nethergate Academy is an outstanding special academy in the City of Nottingham for 173 pupils with complex learning difficulties and disabilities. The age range is from 5-19 years. Many pupils are autistic, and some have SEMH needs.
