Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full and varied caseload independently, using initiative and professional judgment
- Contribute to the growth of the property department and increase fee income
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providers, and estate agents
- Support and potentially oversee other fee earners within the team, as appropriate
- Deliver exceptional service with attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
