Position - Salaried Personal Care Assistant - Neuromuscular

Care Preference is dedicated to helping adults with neuromuscular conditions live independently, confidently, and with choice. We’re recruiting a Care Assistant to support a young couple who share a home in Sandiacre lead an active, social lifestyle.
Your role will include personal care, domestic support, medication assistance, and helping them stay involved in the things that matter most — from day‑to‑day routines to attending exciting events like powerchair football.

Shift Structure: A mixture of 24 or 48 hour block shifts and 12 hour shifts, which provides more time at home between shifts and less commuting and disruption.
Essential for the role: Full UK Driving Licence, Right to work in the UK, Fluent English, genuine passion for care, flexibility, reliability and pro activeness.
