Chilworth Manor Hotel are looking for a new addition to our kitchen team in the form of a Chef de Partie.

If you're looking for a new challenge, then we have a great opportunity for you to join the kitchen team at Chilworth Manor Hotel. Working as part of the team, you will have the ability to run a section and will support with daily kitchen activities, ensuring food quality and freshness, monitoring, ordering and stocking of your section.
Chef de Partie - Job Duties:
- Food preparation on delegated section.
- Ensures a first-in, first-out food rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organised for quality assurance
- All food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and restaurant standards
- Verifies that food storage units all meet standards and are consistently well-managed
Chef de partie Skills and Qualifications:
Organisational Skills, Attention to Detail, Knowledge of Restaurant Regulations, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Self-Motivated, Creative Problem-Solving Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Exceptional Customer-Service Skills, willing to learn with ambition to move up the ranks if opportunity arises.
The role is full time working 40 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays
