Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team in a multifaceted role that combines customer service, stock management, infection control and body PIercing. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and providing specialised services such as eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, and makeup application. Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, including front desk duties and guest services, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Provide expert body piercings and aftercare
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously
- Utilise social media management skills to promote services, engage with clients online, and enhance the organisation’s online presence
- Assist with upselling additional services and retail products to maximise client satisfaction and revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment areas and reception spaces
- Coordinate appointments and manage scheduling efficiently using management software or systems
- Support hospitality functions by creating welcoming environments for guests and clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of service are consistently met
Qualifications
- Proven experience in body Piercing
- Skills in social media management and digital marketing strategi
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Experience in front desk operations or reception duties preferred
- Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining a professional demeanour
- Organised with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly, approachable attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
