Lettings Negotiator – Colchester
Monday to Friday + 1 in every 4 Saturdays (5 days per week)
We are growing our Colchester branch and looking for a sharp, driven Lettings Negotiator who wants more than just a job title.
This is a role for someone who is organised, confident on the phone, good with people, and wants to learn the lettings business properly from the ground up.
You will be speaking to applicants and landlords every day, progressing deals through our system, helping tie up agreed lets, and learning how to handle a move-in from start to finish. If you want to build a real career in property rather than just sit in an office booking viewings, this is for you.
Salary
No experience: Basic £26,000–£28,000 with OTE up to £30,000
1+ years’ experience: Basic £28,000–£30,000 with OTE up to £35,000
Petrol/mileage paid at HMRC approved rate for business use
What you’ll be doing
- Calling out daily through our system to applicants, tenants and landlords
- Negotiating and tying up lettings deals
- Chasing references, paperwork and key stages of the deal
- Learning the move-in process from start to finish
- Keeping applicants warm and matching them to available stock
- Supporting the branch in hitting lets, move-ins and service standards
- Delivering a professional, switched-on experience to landlords and tenants
