We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Front of House Team Members to join our restaurant bar. These roles are ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and take pride in delivering excellent food, drink, and service experiences.
Depending on experience and business needs, positions may include Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, and Floor Supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, friendly, and professional service to all guests
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve beverages to a high standard (bartender roles)
- Welcome and seat guests, manage reservations and waitlists (host roles)
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bar, floor, and service areas
- Handle cash and card payments responsibly
- Upsell menu items and promote specials where appropriate
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment preferred (training provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for food, drink, and hospitality
Desirable Skills (Role-Dependent)
- Cocktail and wine knowledge
- Experience using POS systems
- Leadership or supervisory experience (for senior roles)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
