Summary
As an Account Manager at Connect Beauty, you'll own and grow our existing trade customer base, selling branded cosmetics from market-leading names like Maybelline, L'Oréal, and Rimmel by the case up to full pallet loads. Your primary focus is deepening the relationships we already have: understanding what each customer buys, spotting where they could buy more, and making sure they keep coming back to us first.
Alongside that, you'll reactivate lapsed accounts and pursue selective new business among independent resellers, Amazon sellers, market traders, and boutique retailers looking for competitively priced, genuine stock.
This is a hands-on, relationship-led role that suits someone proactive, commercially sharp, and confident on the phone and over email. You'll have real freedom to manage your own accounts, backed by strong stock availability, exclusive supplier relationships, and a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management or B2B sales, ideally in wholesale, FMCG, or distribution
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Knowledge of the cosmetics or beauty market is an advantage, not essential
Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
