North London | Hybrid Working | Flexible Consultancy Contract
Are you an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager looking for a flexible consultancy opportunity where you can use your expertise to support the launch, registration, and growth of a new children's residential service?
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Interim Registered Manager to support the registration, setup, and development of a new therapeutic children's residential home in North London.
This is a unique opportunity to work alongside committed and values-led providers with extensive experience in education, SEND, pastoral leadership, and safeguarding, who are passionate about creating an outstanding home where children and young people can thrive.
About the Providers
This opportunity has been created by a passionate husband-and-wife team whose vision is to create a truly child-centred residential home that delivers exceptional outcomes for children and young people.
Both Directors currently hold senior leadership positions within education and have dedicated their careers to supporting children who may struggle to engage within traditional educational settings. Their backgrounds include pastoral leadership, SEND provision, safeguarding, behaviour support, attendance improvement, and supporting children and young people who have become disengaged from mainstream education.
Throughout their careers, they have worked closely with children facing a range of challenges, including social, emotional and mental health needs, neurodiversity, special educational needs, and barriers to learning. They have developed a strong reputation for building meaningful relationships with young people and helping them re-engage with education and achieve their potential.
Their vision extends beyond simply providing accommodation. They are committed to creating a nurturing, therapeutic, and highly personalised environment where every child feels safe, valued, respected, and understood.
The providers believe that education should never be a "one size fits all" approach. Their ambition is to create a service where learning, personal development, emotional wellbeing, and life opportunities are tailored to each child's individual strengths, interests, and aspirations.
This is not simply a business venture. It is a service founded upon genuine passion, extensive professional experience, and a commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people through outstanding care, education, and support.
