We are seeking a Spa Therapist to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional spa treatments that enhance our clients Hotel guests' experience and uphold our company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The Spa Therapist will work at our Client Hotel, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding hospitality services.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, and other wellness therapies.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of clients during treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of treatment areas.
- Provide personalized advice on skincare and wellness routines.
- Uphold the company's standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest spa treatment techniques.
- Promote additional services to enhance guest experience.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role.
- Certification in massage therapy or relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide high-quality customer service.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work with diverse client needs.
- Experience with skincare treatments such as eyelash extensions or makeup application is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and management skills are desirable.
