We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude toward learning and development. You don’t need years of experience; we are looking for the right attitude. You should have excellent organization skills and ability to plan and prioritize. Someone with good working knowledge of the Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and an interest in learning new digital tools.
As a business support officer you will need to have good communication skills, confident writing style for reports and correspondence, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of colleagues and departments.
The ideal candidate must be able to work well in a high pressure and fast paced environment. We have a flexible approach to your work whilst being able to plan and prioritise workloads effectively to ensure that tight deadlines are met. In this role it is crucial for you to maintain high service standards at all times.
You must have experience in the use of a variety of IT packages, specifically Google user experience of google forms an advantage. You will have previous extensive experience spreadsheets to record information accurately and analyse the data when required.
You will take responsibility for continually improving our service performance to meet the demands of our customers, ensuring we get it right the first time.
