Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to enhance performance and teamwork.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the café environment.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages customer loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail or café management with a strong focus on customer service.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Barista knowledge is essential.
