Responsibilities:
- Perform general grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding.
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Use hand tools and power tools to build and maintain landscape features.
- Operate and maintain mechanical equipment such as lawn mowers and strimmers.
- Keep outdoor areas clean and free of debris.
- Mobile role covering multiple sites.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence held for 1 year or more.
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance is preferred.
- Candidate based in the Dover/CT5 area.
- Preferably horticultural qualifications (NVQ or City and Guilds) or equivalent
- Must have good horticultural knowledge
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
