Hours: Mon to Thurs 06.00 to 16.00 pm week one Mon to Fri 06.00am to 14.00pm week two - rotating shift pattern.
Money: £14.85 per hour 6.5 hr shift allowance. 40 hour week.
Maintenance Electrician reporting to Maintenance Management Team
RESPONSIBILITY: Help train Apprentices
DUTIES:
- To improve the reliability of plant, equipment and condition of the buildings and infrastructure
- Support all electrical systems and facilities
- Working to industries correct health and safety procedures.
- Support maintenance management and engineers around the site, with equipment. i.e. Forging presses, hammers, furnaces, cnc lathes, millers and borers, manual lathe and borers.
- Maintain electrical breakdown cover during shift in a timely manner.
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks as required, providing feedback so the CMMS can be continually updated
- Carry out electrical installation work as required, to the latest 18th edition wiring regulations
- Support of improvement projects.
- Critical spares requirements
- To work in other departments when required.
- Any other duties deemed to be required.
- Flexibility to work around production requirements
- Reduce machine down time and updating electrical infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of electrical principles required C&G / apprentice trained
- Worked in industrial businesses
Pay: £14.85 per hour
