Pert Bruce Construction Ltd are looking for an organised, proactive and friendly Office Junior to join our team at our head office in Montrose.
This is a varied and rewarding role that is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly. As the first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our busy office while providing administrative support across various departments within the business.
You will be responsible for general administrative duties and providing ad-hoc support to various departments across the business as required. Key responsibilities will include answering and directing telephone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, ordering stationery and office supplies, and helping to maintain an organised, efficient and professional office environment.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is happy to get involved wherever needed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, a positive and flexible attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
