We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced GCSE German Teacher to join our teaching team. The successful candidate will support students in developing their German language skills and preparing confidently for their GCSE examinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach German to GCSE students, following the UK GCSE curriculum
- Plan and deliver engaging, structured lessons
- Help students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Prepare students for GCSE exams, including exam techniques and past paper practice
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the GCSE German curriculum
- Previous experience teaching GCSE German is preferred
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to motivate and support students of different ability levels
- A relevant teaching qualification is desirable but not essential
- Must be reliable, organised, and passionate about language teaching
