We’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at The Cow Saloon Bar & Dining Rooms. In this key role, you'll take ownership of your section, prepare high-quality dishes with consistency, and support the wider kitchen team in delivering exceptional food. What You'll Do:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Take responsibility for your designated section during service
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food is prepared in line with recipes, specifications, and presentation standards
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards, including HACCP compliance
- Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and minimising food waste
- Help train and support junior members of the kitchen team
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment
What We're Looking For:
- At least 5 years' experience as a Chef de Partie (required)
- Experience working in a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Passion for fresh food and attention to detail
- A reliable team player with a positive attitude
- Full-time availability (around 45 hours per week)
