Trade Recruit is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client Repoint Brickwork and Landscaping based in Stafford, a well-established and highly respected landscaping business with a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects.
They are seeking an experienced Hard Landscaper to join their team on a subcontractor basis. The client is open to both individual subcontractors and hard landscapers who work alongside their own labourer, provided work is completed to a high standard.
This is a hands-on role offering consistent work and long-term collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out all aspects of hard landscaping
- Groundworks and site preparation
- Operating a digger safely and efficiently
- Laying paving, patios, kerbing, and retaining features
- Working from drawings and specifications
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site presentation
Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience as a hard landscaper
- Digger experience (tickets beneficial but not essential if demonstrably competent)
- Ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision
- Own transport and own tools
- Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious
Also considered:
- Hard landscapers who work with their own labourer
Desirable (not essential):
- Experience on high-end residential or commercial landscaping projects
- Ability to read landscaping drawings and plans
