This is a senior role with direct influence over operational performance, systems implementation, business processes, and long-term strategy.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional office management or IT support role.We are looking for someone who can help us:* Improve operational efficiency* Build scalable systems and processes* Implement CRM and business reporting* Support AI and automation projects* Improve management visibility and accountability* Help drive profitability and sustainable growthYou will work directly with the business owner and management team to modernise and strengthen the business
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Process Improvement* Review existing operational processes and identify inefficiencies* Improve workflows across recovery, transport, workshop, and administration functions* Reduce reliance on manual processes* Develop practical systems that improve consistency and accountability* Introduce standard operating procedures where required
Business Reporting & Performance ManagementDevelop and maintain reporting systems covering:* Revenue and profitability* Customer performance* Debtor tracking and cashflow visibility* Fleet utilisation* Workshop utilisation* Operational KPIs* Staff productivity and performance metricsProvide management with clear information that supports better decision-making.
Cashflow & Commercial Performance* Improve invoicing processes and turnaround times* Improve debtor management systems* Reduce revenue leakage and missed charges* Improve visibility of business performance* Support initiatives that increase profitability
Systems, CRM & AI ImplementationLead the implementation and optimisation of key business systems including:* CRM platforms* Operational management software* Reporting and dashboard systems* Automation tools* AI-assisted business processesEnsure systems are practical, adopted by staff, and delivering measurable improvements.
Leadership & Business Improvement* Work closely with ownership and senior management* Lead improvement projects from concept to implementation* Drive accountability through systems and reporting* Build a culture of continuous improvement* Help create the operational structure required for future growth
About You
