What you’ll be doing:
- Running your branch like it’s your own business in a competitive, sales-focused environment
- Building strong relationships with traders and customers
- Recruiting, training, and leading a small, motivated team to hit targets
- Driving profitability through sales, margin growth, and cost control
- Creating a winning culture – we work hard, but we have fun doing it!
