- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly within the financial services sector.
- Retentions experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
