Our client is a well-established leader in health, safety, and workplace training solutions, supporting organisations operating in high-risk environments.

They partner with clients across construction, engineering, manufacturing, and infrastructure to ensure teams are trained, compliant, and safe.
The Role
This is a relationship-led Strategic Account role with a strong focus on promoting and embedding training solutions within client organisations.
You'll:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of ~100 existing accounts
- Identify opportunities to expand training and development programmes
- Promote a blend of digital learning, classroom training, and consultancy services
- Engage stakeholders such as L&D leaders, H&S Directors, and Operations teams
- Help clients improve workforce capability, compliance, and safety culture
- Work closely with internal specialists to design tailored training solutions
The Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or client development
- Strong interest in training, learning, or workforce development solutions
- Ability to sell consultatively, focusing on client outcomes and capability building
- Confident engaging with L&D, HR, and operational stakeholders
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a remote role
- Experience in relevant sectors is beneficial but not essential
