Mr Cambray’s Curiosity is a dynamic establishment that operates as a coffee shop by day and turns into a Cocktail bar at night time. Founded in 2023, our café bar serves some of Cheltenham's finest, high-quality local produce.
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar Staff working nights at our bustling establishment. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Take drink orders and serve beverages in a timely manner
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, spirits, beers, and wines
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies
Requirements:
- Cocktail Experience
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but NOT required
- Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
