Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring exceptional service throughout their dining experience. This position requires individuals who are passionate about hospitality and have a keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
15-30 Hours a week available a week with more available in busy periods.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude towards helping others and working as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
