Location: Weymouth (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 + Bonus Scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:0Adult Registered Clinician - £40K - £43K - Homeworking Opportunities0am – 5:00pm
Contract: Full-Time or Part Time, Permanent
Working Setting: 50% Remote & 50% On Site Working.

What You'll Do
- Conduct structured telephone, video and face-to-face assessments
- Review medical evidence and supporting documentation
- Assess how physical, mental health, neurological and cognitive conditions impact daily living and functional ability
- Apply clinical reasoning and evidence-based judgement
- Produce detailed, high-quality reports
- Work within a supportive multidisciplinary clinical team
- Manage your own caseload within a structured environment
Salary & Benefits

Training & Support

Essential Requirements
- Active UK registration with the NMC, HCPC or GPhC
- RGN, RMN, RNLD, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic or Pharmacist
- Minimum 12 months post-registration experience
- Minimum 12 months UK-based adult clinical experience
- Experience working within adult clinical settings
- Strong clinical reasoning and analytical skills
- Good IT and computer literacy skills
- Ability to produce clear, evidence-based clinical documentation
