Machine Minder
Location: Wiltshire, UK
Salary: £37000 plus benefits
We’re recruiting for a Machine Minders to join a well-established manufacturing business in North Manchester. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping production lines running efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing

Operate and monitor machinery to meet production targets

Carry out basic maintenance (cleaning, inspection, lubrication, set-ups)

Perform minor repairs and part changes

Record machine performance using CMMS

Support safe working practices, including LOTO
-
Assist with changeovers and continuous improvement activities

Work closely with maintenance and production teams
What you’ll need

Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment

Basic mechanical knowledge and fault-finding ability

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach

Team player with good communication skills
