About the Role
Equiom is seeking a Client File Reviewer to support the Private Wealth team on a 7-month contract. This role is critical in safeguarding the business by conducting detailed reviews of trust and company client files to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards. Responsibilities include assessing AML/CFT and administrative records, performing customer due diligence and negative media screening, and ensuring client records are accurate and complete. You will identify and escalate risks, clearly communicate findings, and support actions through to resolution. The role also involves maintaining adherence to policies, updating records, and sharing best practices to support colleagues and strengthen compliance standards.
