We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Female Support Workers to join a welcoming and experienced care team supporting a bright, sociable young woman with complex needs in her adapted home in Sittingbourne, Kent.

About the Role
Our client has cerebral palsy and is a full-time wheelchair user. She communicates using eye-gaze technology and has a wonderful personality, enjoying spending time with her family and much-loved dog, trips to the park, being outdoors, and relaxing with her favourite TV programmes.
She requires:
· 2:1 support during the day
· Full assistance with personal care, mobility, repositioning, and PEG feeding
· You will work alongside her family, Treating Therapists, and Case Management team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care that enables her to live life to the fullest.
What You Will Be Doing
As part of our dedicated team, you will:
· Deliver compassionate, respectful, person-centred care
· Support with personal care, PEG feeding, repositioning, and mobility
· Encourage community activities, social interaction, and enjoyable daily experiences
· Follow therapy programmes provided by Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech & Language Therapists
· Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns promptly
· Promote dignity, safety, and wellbeing at all times
What We are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
· Caring, patient, and genuinely passionate about supporting others
· Positive, engaging, and committed to delivering exceptional care
· Experienced in complex care (minimum 1 year's experience preferred)
· Confident communicating in spoken and written English
· Comfortable working within a family home and multidisciplinary team
· Reliable, flexible, and professional with excellent timekeeping
· Competent using basic IT systems for care documentation
· Eligible to work in the UK
Desirable:
· Full clean UK driving licence
· Confident driving a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV)
· Due to the home's location and limited public transport, applicants living locally or with access to their own transport are preferred.
Pay:
· Weekday Day Shifts: £16.00 per hour
· Weekend Day Shifts: £18.00 per hour
