Assistant ManagerHelp build one of North Yorkshire's most exciting new hospitality venues.
Working closely with the General Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in launching and developing the business while mentoring junior team members and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts across all departments.
- Support recruitment and onboarding.
- Coach and develop front-of-house staff.
- Help create promotions, events and cocktail ideas.
- Monitor service quality and operational standards.
- Assist with stock management and ordering.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and company procedures.
Experience Required
- Previous management or supervisory experience within hospitality.
- Confidence leading teams in busy environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
