We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Hairdresser.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for hair, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and specialised treatments
- Manage client appointments efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery
- Upsell products and additional treatments to maximise client experience and salon revenue
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the work area in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Offer mentoring or guidance to junior staff or apprentices where applicable
- Handle front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing payments
- Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
Skills
- Proven experience in hairdressing.
- Strong store management skills with the ability to organise appointments and maintain stock levels
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Proficiency in front desk operations including booking systems and payment processing
- Effective upselling techniques to promote products and additional treatments
- Outstanding communication skills to engage with clients confidently and professionally
Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
