Restaurant Manager
We are currently recruiting a Restaurant Manager to strengthen our management team. The right candidate will work alongside the Hotels Front of House Manager, ensuring the efficient and effective management approach to deliver great customer service and deliver seamless service in our restaurant. Candidates must be organised, committed to delivering excellence at all times, able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, work well as part of a team and able to lead a team of staff and have at least 4 years experience in a similar high standard establishment.
We are looking for someone with the passion and drive to ensure our guests have a fantastic time whilst dining with us, the same passion should also be applied to staff training to ensure we get the best from our team.
Duties
Your day to day duties will include:
· Daily running of the restaurant
· Planning well so service runs smoothly working alongside the kitchen team
· Deliver on the job training to your team on a daily basis
· Hours will include working shifts on a 5 out of 7 day basis. Shifts will also included working weekends.
** Salary is negotiable dependent on experience. **

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,500.00 per year
