Chef de Partie – Five Iron Golf London
Hourly Rate: Up to £17.50 per hour including tronc and depending on experience.
Location: Broadgate Circle, Near Liverpool Street, London
Full time Hours: 44-46 hours per week
Five Iron Golf is bringing its industry-leading competitive socializing concept to London, combining immersive golf simulators with a premium hospitality experience.
Our Broadgate site is the Five Iron UK debut, building on more than 50 sites globally, and counting. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the food offer of a brand-new venue, joining at the outset of an ambitious regional expansion.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Team as we launch our first venue in London this June. Our Broadgate Circle site is the Five Iron UK debut, building on more than 50 sites globally, and counting.
What We’re Looking For…
·We are looking for a Chef de Partie who is calm and works well under pressure.
·Chef de Partie, who is organised, customer focused and pays attention to detail.
·Bring positive energy and can-do attitude and run a section in our busy kitchen.
·Make sure things are running without hitch, and our service is organised and smooth.
·Maintain safe and hygienic work practices by observance of hygiene, haccp, cosh, fire, health & safety requirements.
·Previous experience working as part of a kitchen team in a similar sized restaurant.
·Responsible for maintaining a clean and food safe working area.
·Responsible for the safe opening and closing of the designated kitchen area.
·Knowledge of kitchen equipment and recommended cleaning methods.
·Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
·Ability to complete food hygiene documents.
·Great time management skills.
