Your job as a “Delivery Consultant” will include:
- Lead generation and gathering market intelligence.
- Distribution of leads to recruiters.
- Delivery of live requirements.
- References gathering of all candidates shortlisted.
- Writing and posting job adverts.
- Building relationships.
- Screening CV’s.
- Qualifying job specifications.
- Placing candidates on client projects.
- Update CRM system daily.
- Managing the cleansing of database/ CRM
