Are you an Early Years Practitioner, hold an Early Years Education and Childcare Qualification or equivalent and have a proven post qualification experience of working with children, able to demonstrate clear understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework?
We have a vacancy for a qualified Early Years Practitioner on a bank staff basis for up to 24 hours a week over a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, Term Time only.
You will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check if your current certificate is not registered to the update service.
During our last Ofsted inspection Belwood achieved a Good grading. Therefore the right candidate must be able to integrate into the team and strive to continue with the pre-schools growing success.
Main duties include-
- Supporting children's development through the provision of a safe, stimulating child-centred learning and play.
- Carrying out activities to extend children's learning and development.
- Work in partnership with parents, other agencies and professionals.
- Follow prescribed policy and procedures to continuously promote a culture of safeguarding across the pre-school.
The position will be for in September 2026.
