Registered Children Home Manager - LE4
Are you a ‘superhero’ who wants to help children achieve the best possible outcomes they can and empower them to be the heroes of their own story? Can you ensure the home is a place of safety for those who live and work there? Can you lead your team of ‘heroes’ to ensure that the home meets all its Ofsted requirements, whilst protecting and supporting them to develop in their roles? Do you have a passion for helping children live their best lives, and support them to gain the tools to become independent?
If so, this could be the role you were meant for.
We are looking for a dedicated and talented registered manager to help create a Sanctum for children with learning difficulties and ASD where they can be supported to be their best selves and receive the personalised, child centred care they deserve. The home will be registered for a maximum of two children, and you will need to ensure you have built a team that could ‘save the day’.
This role would be perfect for:
Someone who is serious about providing high standards of care, but who doesn’t take themselves too seriously; if playing football in the garden is what the kids want, facing your fears on roller coasters or floating in a tube whilst indoor skydiving – who really wants to sit that out?
Someone who believes that each child deserves a champion, regardless of how many times they push the boundaries.
