We're recruiting an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a fantastic, purpose-built student accommodation site in Exeter.
This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys being actively involved on site, takes ownership of the resident experience, and isn't just behind a desk. You'll be a visible, hands-on presence across the building, supporting residents and operational teams.
About the Role
This varied front-of-house position combines customer service, administration, and active site engagement in a busy residential environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a professional front-of-house reception service

Welcome and assist residents, visitors, partners, and contractors

Maintain an active presence across the building, engaging with residents

Handle day-to-day enquiries and resolve issues promptly

Assist with viewings and promote services

Manage parcel deliveries and general reception administration

Complete incident logs, room inspections, welfare checks, and ad-hoc tasks

Identify hazards, resolve risks, and respond appropriately to alarm activations

Support compliance, health & safety, and operational checks

Keep reception, communal lounges, lift lobbies, and hallways clean and presentable

Work closely with site management, maintenance, and operational teams
About You:

Experience in a customer-facing, hospitality, residential, or front-of-house role

Passion for people and exceeding customer expectations

Confident, calm, and professional in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Well-presented and able to represent the brand on site

Proactive, organised, and willing to get involved wherever needed

Good computer literacy and attention to detail

A team player with empathy and understanding
