Are you a proven field sales professional who thrives on winning business, building relationships and earning excellent commission?
Our client is a successful UK manufacturer of hospitality and food service equipment with a strong reputation, quality products and ambitious growth plans. They are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of the North of England territory.
The territory includes established dealer and customer relationships, providing a strong platform for immediate sales success.
This is not a desk-based sales role.
You'll be out meeting customers, developing dealer relationships, identifying opportunities and growing an established territory with genuine earning potential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing sales throughout the North of England
- Building strong relationships with dealers, distributors and end users
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts
- Delivering product demonstrations and presentations
- Attending industry exhibitions and trade events
- Working closely with the Sales Director to achieve ambitious growth targets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in field-based B2B sales
- Experience within hospitality, catering equipment, food service, commercial kitchen equipment or a related sector would be highly advantageous
- A driven and self-motivated approach
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Comfortable managing your own territory and diary
- Full UK Driving Licence.
