Salaried GP Job, Southampton area – 4-8 Sessions Available
Soka Partners are currently recruiting on behalf of a well established and well staffed practice located close to the centre of Southampton. The practice has a patient list size of approximately 10,000 patients and offers an excellent opportunity for a Salaried GP seeking clinical specialism development options, continuity of care, and a genuine work-life balance.
The Practice
- Located in central Southampton
- Practice list size of approximately 10,000 patients
- Friendly and approachable GP Partners and leadership team
- Experienced nursing and multidisciplinary support team
- Excellent opportunity to develop continuity of care with patients

The Role
- 4-8 sessions a week available, flexible on days
- Manageable workload, with 15 minute appointments
- Mixture of face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations
- Low home visiting
- Supportive multidisciplinary working environment, with Nurses, Pharmacist, and HCAs
- Welcoming applications from both newly qualified and experienced GPs
Package & Benefits
- £11,250 per session, per annum

Essential Requirements
- GMC Registered as a General Practitioner
- On the NHS Performers List
- Right to work in the UK
