Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar and Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in management. This role involves supervising teams, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage team members to achieve departmental objectives, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimise operational efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and recognise achievements.
- Oversee merchandising strategies and ensure compliance with organisational branding and presentation standards.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support sales initiatives by motivating team members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the workplace.
Skills
- Proven management experience with strong team management capabilities.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate effective communication within diverse teams.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including professional phone etiquette.
- Experience in retail or sales management is advantageous, alongside skills in merchandising and organisational planning.
- Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Pay: £12.21-£12.80 per hour
