Qualified Facialist (30-40 hours) Looking for shifts over a 7 day period with ideal candidates being open to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Salary: £13.25 to £17.25 including commissions and unbooked hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of exceptional facial treatments
- Analyze clients’ skin type and conditions
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and routines
- Maintain hygiene and sterilization standards for tools and workspace
- Keep accurate client records (skin concerns, treatments, products used)
- Provide advice on lifestyle factors affecting skin (diet, stress, sun exposure)
- Upsell treatments and retail skincare products
- Stay updated on skincare trends, techniques, and products
Qualifications & Training
- Certification or diploma in beauty therapy or skincare (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Beauty Therapy in the UK)
- Specialized training in facial treatments or advanced skincare (optional but preferred)
- Knowledge of skincare products and ingredients
Experience
- Entry-level roles may accept newly qualified candidates
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience often preferred for more advanced roles
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy and common skin conditions
- Excellent manual dexterity for performing treatments
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Sales skills for promoting products/services
- Attention to detail and hygiene standards

Please note, the role is over a 7 day period, shifts can be discussed. Ideal candidates need to be open to working Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays - 2 or 3 of these days - with the potential to do more if requested.
