Your role:
As a Care Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to provide the highest levels of care. You will foster a culture of support and development, allowing our staff to thrive while ensuring our residents live full, happy lives. You will support and nurture the families of our residents as they negotiate the challenges of handing the care of their loved ones over to us. Your leadership will inspire a team that prioritises personalised care and vibrant community activities from yoga, music, outings in one of our mini -buses, lunch and shopping trips, barge trips, arts, gardening, hairdressing and so on.
Ideal candidate:
- RGN/RMN qualification with current NMC pin
- Leader and Management Qualification, preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong leader who motivates and supports their team
- Committed to providing exceptional care and making a difference in residents lives
