Clinical Massage Practitioner (Self-Employed) | Form Therapy

Form Therapy is a female-owned private practice based in Grays, Essex, specialising in injury rehabilitation, sports therapy, and recovery-focused treatments within a calm, premium clinical environment.
As the clinic continues to grow, we are seeking a Clinical Massage Practitioner to join the team on a self-employed basis.

- Swedish Massage (Essential)
Are available to work BOTH:
- Wednesday: 9am–3pm
- Saturday: 3pm–9pm
- Understand this is a self-employed practitioner role where income is generated through completed treatment sessions.
This role is best suited to a practitioner who is confident working independently within a professional clinical setting and who values high standards of client care, communication, and presentation.
The Role:
You will deliver tailored treatments including:
- Pregnancy Massage
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage
- Swedish Massage
- Sports Massage (desirable but not essential)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years hands-on experience
- Level 4 or Level 5 qualification in Clinical / Sports / Remedial Massage
- Additional certification in the treatments listed above
- Valid professional insurance
- Membership with a recognised professional body
- Reliable, professional, and client-focused approach
- Strong communication and professional boundaries
- Comfortable contributing to occasional clinic social media content
- Confident adapting treatments to individual client needs
Pay Structure:
This is a self-employed position.
Practitioners are paid per completed treatment session at:
£25–£35 per treatment hour DOE.
Hours:
Initially 12 hours per week with opportunity for additional shifts as the clinic grows.
Interview Process:
- Stage 1: Informal phone interview
- Stage 2: Face-to-face interview/practical discussion
