Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Covering Cleaner to join our team in the BS15 and BS16 areas. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services across various commercial premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards, ensuring a hygienic environment, and supporting the overall presentation of our clients' facilities. This position offers flexible coverage options and is ideal for individuals with prior cleaning experience seeking consistent work within the local community.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, retail outlets, and other business premises.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products to ensure surfaces, floors, and fixtures are hygienic and presentable.
- Follow designated cleaning schedules and procedures to meet client expectations.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet roll as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain a professional attitude while interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Available to work between 5pm and 10pm Monday to Friday
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with an organised approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within allocated timeframes.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to cleaning activities.
