About The Music Works
We're proud to be Music School of the Year 2025 and Highly Commended at the Surrey Business Awards. Our purpose is simple: we make musicians and communities. We believe music has the power to build confidence and connect people, and our Milford Centre is the heart of our local community.
We're now looking to contract an experienced, organised self-starter to take on centre management services at Milford.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering the outcomes below in the way that works best for you, and you're free to arrange your own suitable cover if you can't make a session (subject to safeguarding checks being in place).
We're after someone who:
✅ Builds trust fast - you're the warm, capable presence that makes people feel at home from their very first enquiry
✅ Takes ownership - you treat the space like it's your own, keeping it welcoming and well-run
✅ Communicates brilliantly - clear, professional, and discreet with parents, students, and our central team
✅ Spots opportunities - commercially minded, always looking for ways to help the centre (and its community) grow
