About Us
We are a warm, welcoming, and child-centred nursery dedicated to providing high-quality care and education for children aged 5 months to 5 years. We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team.
The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s development.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support children’s personal, social, emotional, and educational development.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the highest standards of care.
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential).
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for supporting young children’s learning and development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous nursery experience is desirable.
