About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Air Leakage Tester to join our growing team. You will be responsible for carrying out airtightness (air permeability) testing on residential and commercial buildings to ensure compliance with building regulations and energy efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct air leakage (blower door) tests on a variety of properties
- Accurately record and report test results
- Ensure all testing is carried out in line with current industry standards and regulations
- Identify and communicate areas of air leakage to clients and site teams
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment
- Travel to different sites as required
Requirements:
- ATTMA Level 1 or Level 2 certification
- Previous experience in air tightness testing or a similar field (essential)
- Knowledge of building construction and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and report-writing abilities
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
